What exactly do I receive?
It depends on the gift you choose. The Trading Card and The Movie's poster are high-resolution image files (digital and print-ready, depending on tier); The Movie's Premium tier also includes a matching 30–60 second cinematic trailer. The Origin Story is a multi-page digital comic plus an animated trailer. Everything is delivered as a private link within 24–48 hours of you submitting your details.
How do I provide the photos?
After checkout you'll fill in a short form and upload your photo directly. A phone snapshot works perfectly. For The Movie and Origin Story, you can upload multiple photos. No scanner needed; even slightly blurry or old prints come out beautifully.
Can I include multiple kids or grandkids?
That's part of what makes these gifts special. The Trading Card includes rookie cards for every child or grandchild. The Movie puts them all in the credits. The Origin Story gives each one a named superhero sidekick identity. Just list them when you fill in the form.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every order includes one free revision — tell us what you'd like adjusted and we'll refine your finished piece. We want you to be proud to give it, so if there's a genuine problem with your order, reach out and we'll do our best to put it right.
